Symptoms
The official PND1A form and PND1 form (Cover & Detail) from Thailand Revenue Department uses 5 digits of tax branch. The Tax Branch field in the Company Tax ID/Branch THA only has 4 digits which is reflected when generating the Tax branch of PND1A form and PND1 form (ie., the system will produce only 4 digits too).
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try entering 5 digits on the Tax Branch field (via Setup HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Taxes > Company Tax ID/Branch THA)
2. Generate the PND1A form and PND1 form to check Tax Branch field
