Automatic Search/Match Does Not Provide List of Potential Matches When Using Add Application, Add Prospect, and Quick Admit

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
When using Add Application with search/match enabled, and deliberately using an identical First Name, Surname, Date of Birth and Gender to an existing Person/Applicant in the system, the potential duplicate warning message displays. Selecting “Cancel” only takes you back to the same Add Application screen you were in before and you cannot select from a list of potential matches.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After selecting Cancel, it should show the potential matches which would allow a user to review and select a match or Add new person.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Student Admissions > Application Entry > Add Application. Enter an identical First Name, Surname, Date of Birth and Gender.
2. Save change.
