CS 9.2: Unable to Scroll Through Course Lists on the Academic Advisement Report (Doc ID 2128656.1)

On : Campus Solutions 9.2 version, Academic Advisement Report

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the Academic Advisement Report in CS 9.2, the navigation bar is not activated on the grid that displays the course list/courses used. Users are unable to scroll through the entire list of courses and are restricted to only viewing the first ten.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the navigation options (View All, First, Last) to display at the bottom of the grid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report.
  2. Run the report for a student.
  3. Scroll to any requirement that displays more than 10 courses. Only the first 10 rows are displayed and there is no option to view all of the courses or scroll to the next 10 in the list.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, students and advisers are not able to view all of the courses needed or used if more than ten.
