Symptoms

No matching Buffer found error followed by many other error messages when trying to fill bid and generate WO for a requisition line with multiple positions to hire.
 
Error Message:
No matching buffer found for level
Error loading Component Processor {AUC_AWARD_CMP_CI}
The highlighted field is required. You must enter a value for it before proceeding.{SPF_AUTO_WO_GEN_CI.VENDOR_ID}

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Create a requisition with three positions:
2.Review and source these positions to two different Vendors.
3.Submit bids for both vendors.
4.Offer position and accept offers.
5.Fill bid for the first vendor.
6.When filling bid for second vendor system generating error message:"No matching buffer found for level" then: "Error loading Component Processor {AUC_AWARD_CMP_CI}"and "The highlighted field is required. You must enter a value for it before proceeding.{SPF_AUTO_WO_GEN_CI.VENDOR_ID}"
