Symptoms

Cannot Save New Provider Contact or Service Provider After PeopleTools Upgrade to 8.55

ERROR
First error:

The Password field does not match the Confirm Password field. (48,17)

To assign a password, the password you type in the Password field must be the exact same as the password you type in the Confirm Password field. This enables the system to verify that you've entered it correctly.


Second error:

Error saving Component Interface. {%1} (91,37)

An error occurred while saving the Component Interface. The most likely cause is that required fields were uninitialized, or that the business logic enforcement written in PeopleCode returned an error.

STEPS
1. Create a new Provider Contact or Service provider
2. Use the 'Create New Profile' button
3. Save
