E-INST: PT8.55 Installation Guide says to Run Psroles.sql Twice (Doc ID 2131247.1)

PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools - Version 8.55 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The objective is to build a demo environment with FSCM 9.2 and tools 8.55.02 on Oracle database (non-multitenant). The installation guide entitled: "PeopleTools_855_Installation_for_Oracle_122015.pdf" which is part of V97824-01 archive asks to run psroles.sql twice once as sysdba and then as system/manager. There is a comment in script to run the script as sysdba and the script also reports multiple errors when run as system user as it does not own the objects.

What is the purpose of running this script twice? Is there a typo in the guide where it is asking to run the script as system/manager?
