Case Solution Summary Cannot Handle Special Characters

Case Solution Summary field does not pick up special characters when the new solution is saved with special characters

1) Create a new Support or Helpdesk Case (Helpdesk > Add Case)
2) Fill in the required details.
3) Go to SOLUTION tab.
3) Select NEW SOLUTION subtab. Enter the following text:
Csatolom hozzá a táblát is, hogy később meglegyen nálad. Ez a Bogi által küldött és az OHR-ből riportált adatok összevetése és kerekítése.
4) Select ATTEMPT button. The solution will be saved to the solution grid. In the GRID it shows HTML chars around the special characters.
5) Select the solution to open it. Notice the SUMMARY field....the special chars are not shown and there are HTML chars in the field.
