PeopleTools 8.55.02

Receiving the following error when accessing various application pages

Function 'onReadyState' Error: Cannot set property 'value' of undefined

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Maintenance Management -> Work Order Management -> Work Order Completion
2. Click "cancel"
