Symptoms

When running queries that contain CLOB values, the following error occurs :

ERROR

 "ORA-22835: Buffer too small for CLOB to CHAR or BLOB to RAW conversion"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PIA
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager
3. Run the query containing CLOB values
4. Notice the error
