Error "You must enter a CREDIT ANALYST for this customer (9030,82)" when Modifying a Customer Created by the ExcelToCI Utility with the CUSTOMER_MAIN_CI Component Interface (Doc ID 2132341.1)

Symptoms

The below error is issued when modifying a Customer using the 'General Information' page (navigation: Customers, Customer Information, General Information) when the Customer has been created using the ExcelToCI Utility with the CUSTOMER_MAIN_CI Component Interface:

You must enter a CREDIT ANALYST for this customer (9030,82)
Bill To Customers must have a CREDIT ANALYST value on the Bill to Options page.


Also, when subsequently attempting to use the ExcelToCI Utility with the CUSTOMER_BILLTO_CI Component Interface to update the Customer's Bill To information, the following validation errors are issued:

15, 11:Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)
91, 34:Error changing value. {CUSTOMER_BILLTO_CI.CUST_CREDIT(1).AGING_CATEGORY} (91,34)
