Applies to:PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Project Costing - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
If a project has activities with WBS IDs that are greater than 1.9 (having more than one digit like to the right of the decimal point like 1.10, 1.11, etc), transactions for the activities with WBS IDs greater than 1.9 are not included on the Project Valuation and Activity Valuation Report pages.
The Project and Activity valuation reports should display all activity amounts regardless of WBS ID. Due to this issue, users cannot use the Project Valuation and Activity Valuation pages for any but the simplest projects.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a project
- Add 11 or more activities and indent all but the first so that the first activity is a summary over all the others.
- Create a project valuation template.
- Add cost transactions to two different activities, one of which has a single digit ID on the lowest level of the WBS and one that has a two digit ID on the lowest WBS level (e.g. 1.3 and 1.11)
- Review the Project Valuation and Activity Valuation pages.
