Disburse Aid Page 'Disbursement' Button Kicks Users out of System (Doc ID 2133632.1)

When running on-line disbursement from the Disburse Aid page - or Disburse Aid with Override - users are kicked out of the system. On the app server, this is represented by the following message:
PSPAL: Abort: Unexpected signal received
PSPAL: Abort: Location: /vob/peopletools/src/pspal/exception_sigaction.cpp:520: RecoverableSignalHandler
PSPAL: Abort: Generating process state report to /opt/apps/psoft/tst854/sc/cs/appserv/CSTSTSC/LOGS/PSAPPSRV.4293/process_state.txt

The process should complete normally without users getting kicked out

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Disburse Aid page
2. Authorize
3. Disburse

The issue only occurs on the 'View All' display of the page, and not with the 'View 2' display. The process always does end up running and finishing behind the scenes. No similar issues are noted on any other components.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users experience the interruption of having to sign back into the system, which is very inconvenient and disruptive.
