AR follow-up letter ARX33004 being generated blank
The PeopleSoft delivered follow-up letter is being generated blank with only the Oracle logo displayed at the very top. This is from our demo environment and no customization have been done to this program.

Customer is able to print this report fine back in July
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a new Customer Conversation. Navigation: Main Menu, Accounts Receivables, Customer Interactions, Conversations, View/Update Conversations
2.Run the FOLLOWUP process. Navigation: Main Menu, Accounts Receivables, Customer Interactions, Customer Follow Up Letter
3.Access the generated report through the Reports Manager. A blank report is generated. Navigation: Main Menu, Reporting Tools, Report Manager, Administration
