Symptoms

Sample Environment:

PT 8.55.03 ( upgraded from 8.54.03 )
Server Express 5.1 WP 11
Linux 6.x

Issue:
---------
After a new PeopleTools only upgrade from 8.54.03 to Version 8.55.03, cobol programs are failing. Cobol process run via the process scheduler and remote called cobol processes both fail.

When running cobol test process via the process scheduler, the error is seen as:


Sample Error:

With Return Code: 09981
Error Message : 

 

When running remote call test,  the remote call out file, e.g PTPNTEST_*.out shows:
