Issue : Issue while Approving Name Change Transactions through WF_EE_NAME component.
1) When an user submits a name change request it is stored in the HR_NAME_DAT table.
2) When the Administrator tries to approve the Name Change request using the below navigation: Main Menu >> Workforce Administration >> Self Service Transactions >> Name Changes
3) In the Search Criteria we provide the Effective date and Self Service Status Indicator as 'Administrator Action Required'. This gives a the list of Transactions with the given effective date and with the Indicator as 'Administrator Action Required'.
4) When we select one employee id and click the approve button. The component is getting saved and the page goes to Display Only.
Actual behavior : When we click the Next in the List button, it is moving to next entry in the search but the page is still in Display only state.
Expected behavior : When we click the Next in the List button, it should move to the next entry in the search but the page should not be in the Display only state. But should show options for Approval.
Business Impact : Administrator is misled to think that he doesn't have access to approve the other transactions.
