Rating History Link Is Visible To Employee Even If It Is Not Selected For Employee Role (Doc ID 2134974.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE :  In Template Definition of document Rating History check box is not selected for Employee.It is selected for Manager only but Employee can see Rating History Link and is able to see the Final rating after document is completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :  Employee should not be able to view the Rating History Link if it is not selected in the Template Definition

STEPS :  The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Performance Document with a Template having Rating History enabled only for Manager and not employee
2. Complete the Performance Document
3. View the document in Employee Self Service > Historical Documents. Check if rating history is enabled for Employee.
