Cannot View Progress Log Adjustments After Progress Log Is Approved (Doc ID 2136918.1)

Symptoms

Progress Log Adjustment page not visible after Progress Log is approved.  The following link that would take the user to the Progress Log Adjustment is no longer shown after the Progress Log is approved, 'Progress Log History'

STEPS
1. Create a Progress Log
2. Log in as Progress Log approver and open the approval
3. Click 'Adjust Progress Log' button
4. Change Billing Amount
5. Submit
6. Approve if needed
7. Review the Progress Log approval and the link 'Progress Log History' is not available
