One of the profile question types for bidder registration is "Multi-Select List". If there is more than one question of this type, then every question after the first one that you want to answer will default to the relative sequence number of the last multi-select question you set. The default should always be all unchecked if it's the first time you open that question's list of options, and also should always be whatever value you set it to the last time if you open the list subsequent to the first time.
For example, open the list for the first question, check the 3rd value, and click Return. Then, open the list for the second question -- the 3rd value will already be pre-checked (an error). Now, uncheck the 3rd value, and check the 2nd value instead, and click Return. Now, go back to the first question and open the list again -- the 2nd value will be checked, even though you had previously checked the 3rd one (also an error). If you click Return now, it will overwrite your initial selection, and you didn't even check/uncheck anything yourself.
The problem also occurs the same way if more than one box is checked.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Register a new bidder
2. Check one of the multi select check boxes
3. You will find that all other check boxes are selected by default.
