EEX 9.2: Expense Notice Fluid Tile Displays an Error If Only One Notice is Configured in The System (Doc ID 2139383.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Expense Homepage on fluid
the following error is displayed on Notice tile.

Error
"An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing"

Steps
1. Ensure that you do not have any existing Notices configured for Expense product
2. Go to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Notices/ Announcements and add a new Notice for Expenses
3. Go to Main Menu > Fluid Home > Expenses and observe Notice tile
