EMM: Service Request Inbox Search - the User Id Is Converted Into Uppercase and Doesn't Find a Match

When there is a user id with all lowercase, the lookup cannot find it for the Requested by field. It is also changing the userid to uppercase and then searching.

Should be able to find the user id if it exists.
