Marketing Program Case Sensitive Search Flag Missing

CRM 9.1 MP1 with Tools 8.53.23. On the Marketing > Marketing Programs search page, the Case Sensitive flag does not show up when the page loads. However, it is searching on a case sensitive basis. If you click into the Case Sensitive check box twice, you do get it to search case insensitive.
