User is Unable to Delete the Adhoc Approver Which was Added by the Requester (Doc ID 2140258.1)

Symptoms

Issue
The Approver is unable to delete the adhoc approver which was added by the requester

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
1.Create a Purchasing requisition.Save and submit
2.Click on View Approvals link and add an adhoc approver and save the requisition
3.Now login with the first level Approver and access the requisition using worklist or Manage Requisition Approvals

Observation:-The Approver is unable to delete the adhoc approver added by the requester as the delete icon is missing on the adhoc Approver tile
