Chat Links & Switch Menu not working in Firefox and Chrome.

This functionality works using Internet Explorer

On the lower left part of Agent chat window popup, there is a box called Open Customer Chats which lists the open chat sessions that the current Agent have.

If an agent has more than 1 open customer chat in the list, the agent can click any of the current open chat sessions and by doing so, making the particular chat session to be the focus window.

The switching between open chats works in Internet explorer, but does not work using the Firefox and Chrome browsers.
