Alignment Issue On Component - Participant Elections Page=COBRA_PARTIC_ENT1 (Doc ID 2140666.1)

After upgrading to PT 8.55, when using IE 11 or Firefox 38.7.1, some fields in the second scroll in the COBRA Administration elections is not displaying correctly.
Plan type, Coverage Begin Date and Coverage End date fields are not rendering correctly for the first and subsequent dependent

1. Set up a COBRA employee with at least 1 COBRA dependent
2. Run the TER event to terminate the elections in the health plans.
3. Run the COBRA process Qualify Event Process Enrollment
4. Open the Participant elections page - review the rendering of the 1st dependent's Plan type, Coverage Begin Date and Coverage End date fields.  They are not readable.
