EGL9.2: Date Column Values are Not Populated in FEC Audit Report

FEC Audit report doesn't display date fields in the report even if value of the date fields could be seen in records FEC_RPT_TBL and FEC_RPT_D_ACC.
Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to Main Menu> Statutory Reports >FEC Audit Files FRA > Set Up FEC Products FRA & set up reporting application & corresponding system source for which the report would be generated.
2. Navigate to Main Menu> Statutory Reports >FEC Audit Files FRA > FEC Accounts FRA & set up Accounts that would be considered for FEC reporting for a Particular SetID
3. Navigate to Main Menu> Statutory Reports >FEC Audit Files FRA > FRAExport FEC Data FRA & fill the necessary run control parameters to trigger the report.
4. Verify the date fields after report gets generated.
Date fields like EcritureDate, PieceDate, ValidDate etc are not populated even if they have data in corresponding fields in FEC_RPT_TBL and FEC_RPT_D_ACC record.
All relevant date fields should get populated if they have data in corresponding fields in FEC_RPT_TBL and FEC_RPT_D_ACC record.
