When generating the Creta file with a L13 (holiday settlement) for an employee that had an extended IT, the L13 are generated with the codes 509 and 603 that corresponds to the extended IT situation and not to that of holiday settlement

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set an IT employee during the entire month (for example, from 01-01-2015 to 31-12-2015)
2. The employee needs to have vacation after the termination date (for example, he would need to have vacation on the 30th of september)
3. Calculate september 2015
4. Review the Cret@, the IT part starting from 14-09-2015, and see what it generates
