Symptoms
When accessing a Job Opening that has a large number of applicants (e.g., 19,000 more or less) system reaches time-out limits and stops processing before the page opens. The problem continues after increasing time-out settings in all web and application server configurations.
Users should be able to retrieve a Job Opening with a large number of applicants associated to it.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create job posting.
2. Link thousands of applicants to the job opening.
3. Try to access the job posting.
