E-BIP: Issue When Uploading BIP Templates - Nothing Happens After Clicking "Upload" (Doc ID 2142604.1)

Not able to upload the Template Schema and Transformation file under navigation: Main Menu > Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Report Definition


REPLICATION STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Report Definition
2. Search the Report Name > Template Tab
3. Select the Template Schema and Transform Schema under Data Transform.
4. Click on "Upload" and nothing happens.

After setting the below values in psappsrv.cfg file and replicating the issue, below mentioned Error message can be seen in Log files.

TraceSqlMask=12319
TracePCMask=4095

Restart the Application Server domain and take the trace again in TEST, with these values:

SQL Trace options to select:
SQL Statement
SQL Statement Variables

PeopleCode Trace options to select:
Variable assignments
Program starts
Function parameter values
Function return values
Each statement
