On : 8.54 version, Change Assistant
When attempting to configure the database in change assistant for PeopleTools upgrade 8.53 to 8.54.19,
the following error occurs.

File: SQL Access ManagerSQL error. Stmt #: 2 Error Position: 0 Return: 404 - ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open change assistant, goto define database window.
2. Provide all the values and click on next.
