PeopleCode error while deleting Journal from Journal Lines Page  

The user is getting a peoplecode error while Deleting Journal from Lines page.
The peoplecode error is for delete attachment function. We are using File Attachment server as 'URL'. This issue does not occur in Dev instance where File Attachment Server is Record.

" An invalid parameter has been passed to the file attachment function. (2,788)
JRNL_PANELS_WRK.PB_DELETE.SavePostChange Name: pb_delete_sp PCPC: 13015 Steatement 72
Called from: JRNL_PANELS_WRK.PB_DELETE.FieldChange Name: pb_delete_fc Statement: 78
Called from: JRNL_PANELS_WRK.PB_PROCESS.FieldChange Statement: 14

An invalid parameter has been passed to one of the following functions: AddAttachment(). ViewAttachment(), or DeleteAttachment()."

Steps to Replicate:
1. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals > Create/ Update journal entries
2. Open the journal with attachment and try to delete the journal lines
