In CS 9.2 Student Self Service, the Tab Description for Phone Numbers is Incorrectly Displayed as "Preparer's Details May Be Needed"

Go to Self Service > Student Center. Under Personal Information, select Demographic Data link.
When viewing the Phone tab description (Page: SS_CC_PERS_PHONE) within Self Service of CS 9.2, the description reads as "Preparer’S Details May Be Needed", instead of "Phone Numbers".
Navigate to Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Navigation Tabs where Functional Area = Campus Community Self-Service or review setup data in table PS_SSS_NAV_TABLVL2. The Secondary Tabs / Sub_Navigation Label lists phones as going to message catalog number (18032,1855), which is incorrect.
