EMM: Data Being Updated Does Not Exist Error, When Completing Work Order

Updating a work order after clicking on OK in Tools Usage from the Work Order Completion.
The following error occurs.

Data being updated does not exist.

1. Work Order Completion. Click on Tools Usage.
2. Don't make any changes. Click OK instead of Return to Work Order.
3. Go to Work Order page to make a change and save.
