On Modify a Person , Regional Tab, USA country specific information fields are visible to the user having a primary permission list "HCPPSGP"
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Main Menu
2. Workforce Administration
3. Personal Information
4. Modify a Person
The issue has the following business impact: USA flag is displayed instead of Belgium flag.
