The 'Return to Search' Hyperlink on the 'Create/Update Quote' and 'Create/Update Order' Components Does Not Retain Search Results when Using Internet Explorer (Doc ID 2144068.1)

Symptoms

When you run a search using the Search page of the 'Create/Update Quote' and 'Create/Update Order' components (navigation: Order Management Quotes and Orders), access a Quote or a Sales Order, and click on the 'Return to Search' hyperlink, the 'Add a New Value' tab is displayed instead of the 'Find an Existing Value' tab with the previous search results. The previous search results are lost.

The Issue occurs with Internet Explorer only. It works fine with FireFox for example.


Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Go to the 'Create/Update Order' component.
  2. Run a search, say against Business Unit US001 so that more than 1 row is returned.
  3. Click on one of the returned Sales Order to display the details.
  4. Click on the 'Return to Search' hyperlink > the 'Add a New Value' tab is displayed.
