E-Portal - User Gets "Not Authorized" Access Error When Accessing HR Page (eg. HR Performance Documents) Using Unified Navigation from Interaction Hub (Doc ID 2145430.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Portal Registry

When attempting to use iHub's Unified Navigation to access HRMS page like Other Performance Documents page,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

 "You are not authorized access error".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon to Interaction Hub
2. Using Unified Navigation to navigate to HR Self Service - Other Performance Documents
