Symptoms


When using the Reassign feature for AWE, neither worklist nor email notification is triggering during reassignment of the Req approval

STEPS
1) Create a new requisition that needs approval
2) Go to Monitor Approvals (Enterprise Components - Approvals - Approvals -Monitor Approvals)
3) Reassign worklist entry to a new user
4) Check the worklist of that new user
