Unable To View Attachment In Maintain Classes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Unable to view attachment in Maintain Classes when attachment get added after deleting the initially added attachment.
The attached link should visible if after uploading the attachment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu>Enterprise Learning>Catalog>Maintain Classes (Materials/Attachments Tab)
2. Upload an attachment by clicking on Add Attachment button.
3. Delete the attached document.Then added again.
4.The link for the recently added document is not visible.
