EMM: Work Order Required Start And Required End Dates Are Grayed (Doc ID 2146929.1)

Work order header and task level required start and required end dates can not be edited when the work order status changes from open to awaiting schedule or scheduled status. Even when the work order status is changed back to hold status the dates are not editable.
