Symptoms

On : 8.55.01 to 8.55.13 version, MF COBOL 5.1 WP11

Cobsql trc file always gets created impacting Cobol program performance. All Cobol programs, including Test Cobol programs have their tracesql files generated regardless of any Cobol trace settings, even if disabled.
