On : 9.1 version, Workforce Administration

The Route for Approval step of a newly created AWE (for tracking Absence Requests), encounters an error.  (This was not one of the delivered AWEs, but one created by the customer.)

ERROR

"Not enough approvers were found at: step number 1, path 1, stage 10. Routing to Admin."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Main Menu>Set Up HRMS>Common Definitions>Approvals>Approval Process Setup
Absence Request for Approval Process 'WS_AbsenceRequest' is initiated
Path 1 is Not Routed to Multiple Approvers and Comment provided is 'Not enough approvers were found at: step number 1, path 1, stage 10. Routing to Admin.

Unable to run AWE created to track internal absence requests.
