ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Contract Lines Start Date and End Date are reset to blank while saving the Contracts for first time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Contract Lines Start Date and End Date should not be reset while saving.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to: Main Menu, Customer Contracts, Create and Amend, General Information.
2. Add new Contract lines. Enter Start Date and End Date values and save the page.
3. The Start Date and End Date values remained after saving.
4. Navigate to Billing Plan, Events page and change the Event date. Go back to the Contract Lines page and verify the Start and End date values.
