Selecting Person Id In Service Provider Look Up Gives Error In Work Order Page (Doc ID 2148667.1)

Symptoms

Main Menu>Goto sPro>Manage service WO>Create an Orphan WO>Without filling anything go to service provider Info section and fill first 3 fields.>Click on Service Provider look up and will get the secondary page.>Then select the first person id(select any person ids for whom there will be no data exist in PS_SPB_SRV_PROV_ID table) to get the error.

The specified object property is assumed to be a record name, but the record
is not found in the current object.
Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Create an Orphan WO.
2.Without filling anything go to service provider Info section and fill first 3 fields.
3.Click on Service Provider look up and will get the secondary page.
4.Then select the first person id(select any person ids for whom there will be no data exist in PS_SPB_SRV_PROV_ID table) 100000003 to get the error.
