RB_MAIL_READ Processes To Success But Emails Not Read In CRM From Mailbox

When running the RB_MAIL_READ process in PeopleSoft CRM ERMS, the process runs to success but the emails from one email box is not read.
The issue occured after the mailbox was moved from one exchange server to another server.
Return Status From Calling Tools API to Read Emails from the Server is "13"
1.Send email to email id in exchange server 2003 version.
2.run the read email process in ERMS
3.search for the email sent in Inbound email page.
