Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When accessing Promote Employee page, no direct reports display. Manager's Direct Reports display in Manager Self-Service>View Employee Personal Info.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A list of all Direct Reports displays when Manager accesses Promote Employee page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Main Menu>Manager Self Service>Job and Personal Information>Promote Employee
