CRM 9.2: Case page missing HTML label for Problem Symmary/Descr TEXTAREA elements (Doc ID 2150807.1)

Symptoms

In CRM 9.2, while logging in Accessibility Mode and navigating to page Main Menu ->Help Desk->Add Case, the TEXTAREA Element is missing the LABEL attribute for Problem Summary and Description fields.

This is visible in the HTML source code of Add Help Desk Case page. As per Compliance software tools, used for ADA(American with Disability Act) testing, the Add Case page fails to adhere the ADA policies.


Steps to replicate:
---------------------
1. Login into accessibility mode
2. Go to Main Menu ->Help Desk->Add Case
3. Notice that for Problem Summary and Description fields, the TEXTAREA Element is missing the LABEL attribute in the HTML source code
