Incorrect Row Displayed when Adding a New Item Supplier and the Current Item Supplier Being Displayed Has More than Supplier Attributes

When adding a new Item Supplier at the Item Purchasing Attributes level (navigation: Items, Define Items and Attributes, Purchasing Attributes - Tab: Item Supplier) and the Item Supplier being displayed has more than Supplier Attributes, the system is NOT displaying the row for the new Item Supplier. Instead the current Item Supplier is still being displayed. This brings confusion as users think that the add function does not work.
Steps to replicate the issue:
- Access the 'Item Supplier' tab on the Item Purchasing Attributes for an Item.
- Add a new Item Supplier by clicking on the + icon.
* If the Item Supplier being displayed has one Supplier Attributes row, a new "blank" row is being displayed where you can enter the Vendor information.
* If the Item Supplier being displayed has more than one Supplier Attributes rows, the new "blank" is not being displayed and the system still displays the current Item Supplier. However, you can see that a row has been added (for example 1 of 2 changes to 1 of 3). You need to click on the 'Next' icon to display the new row.
For the issue to occur, you have to install PeopleTools 8.54 or 8.55 and a Patch < 8.54.23 or 8.55.05
