On : 8.54 version, File Layout

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An application engine that reads in a SQL object and writes the results to a delimited file using a file layout definition. The SQL returns a data field that is longer that 255 characters and that field is defined as 500 characters in the file layout, yet the output file has no more 254 characters in that field.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
AE should not truncate data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a sql to select DESCR field from a delivered table with data longer
than 256.
2. Create a CSV file layout with field length of 500.
3. Create an AE to call File Layout.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
We need to get this data loaded into a vendors system in order to go live on a project that is scheduled to do so in April.
