On : PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF),

When attempting to log into PTF,
the following possible errors occur.

ERRORs Include
-----------------------

   ErrTitle: Integration Broker Response
   ErrStatusCode: 20
   ErrMessage: Https required for Service Operation PTTST_CONFIG
   ErrMessageParameters:
       <Parameter>PTTST_CONFIG</Parameter>

   There was an error when PeopleSoft Test Framework was trying
   to login.

   Message: There was no endpoint listening at
   https://<ip addres>/PSIGW/HttpListeningConnector that could
   accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address
   or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
   InnerException: Unable to connect to the remotte server

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to log into PTF client

Issue does not occur when a load balancer is not used.
