Symptoms

Cancelling using Standard comment will blank out previously entered comment.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1.Add a PO, add a header comment
2.Use Standard Comments
3.Click Cancel

Expected result:
Header comment is showing previously entered comment
.
Actual result:
Header comment is blanked out
