Fluid GSS Transactions Worklist Items Are Not Clearing from Administrator Queue

Symptoms
When an administrator completes a GSS transaction from their Worklist, the item is not clearing from their list.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate any transaction under Guided Self Service i.e. Transfer Employee, Ad Hoc Salary Change, Promote Employee, etc. An example would be: Main Menu > Manager Self Service > Job and Personal Information > Transfer Employee
2. Complete approvals for the transaction through the entire approval chain until the transaction is ready to be saved to the database or denied by a user in the admin role setup for that transaction
3. When an admin goes to approve the worklist item and save to the database or deny the transaction, the worklist item is not removed from the Worklist. It does not remove the item from other users in the same admin role either even when the activity is set to pooled.
